This sounds incredibly delicious and I am tempted to try it. I usually buy a French Onion Tart that is super delicious and has a very thin crust. Should I try making this, should I, should I? Wishing you a lovely weekend Miss K…xoxoxo

    ah-hah, dear friend kerin.
me thinks you poke a joke at me [smile] and i love you for it.
i try to eat seasonably, also, so in summer we eat many salads and what fresh fruits will arrive in THE ARCTIC. i am like a bear right now, my body and metabolism wanting to hibernate and pack on calories for doing so. so i have to watch my intake, as i crave breads and cheese and heavy tea with cream and honey.

LOVE this onion tart! thank you for the recipe!! this northern bear will try it out over the course of the winter here in the hinterlands of alaska.
