This remains a land of contrasts….vibrant color and desert sand…..sweetest yucca flower and prickliest pear….formal worship and pantheistic prayer…..wide open spaces and urban sprawl……the lilt of Tewa and Texan drawl…. it holds my heart and yetfor reasons even larger than the heart itself, I needed to roam. oxoxo
